I am a beginner, is the muscle-up coaching for me?

Yes, my muscle-up coaching is for beginners. But I do recommend that you do 5 pull-ups and 10 straight bar dips before joining the coaching. This is because your muscles, tendons, and ligaments will be better prepared for the muscle-up training.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a set of resistance bands and access to a pull-up bar.

Do you offer any support?

How much does it cost?
